    I'd add that you gotta mix weights and cardio, and most importantly find the right ratio for you. My cardio is just 10 minutes at the end of each gym session - you don't necessarily need to do long, slow bouts of it to see results. Be sure also to do plenty of walking, because nothing will help you maintain low body fat like 10,000 steps every day.

    If your trying to get stronger and make more muscle staying at 10% bodyfat is literally the dumbest thing you can do. Everyone thinks they can be shredded year round but can't figure out why they never progressive overload in the gym. Your never going to get jacked at 10% bodyfat the only reason you should get this low is if you plan on competing in bodybuilding. After the show fill back out and don't stay in that low of bodyfat so you can actually put on muscle. If you want to stay scrawny listen to this guy

    Could someone help me understand max reps. Is it when I do 7 reps first set and then keep going with seven on the next two sets or is it do as many reps as you can each set?

  • @azoleyehirooni11

    @azoleyehirooni11

    Жыл бұрын

    Depends on what your goal is, if you’re going for a 1 rep max, it’s how much you can lift once, but if you’re talking about max reps for a certain weight, it’s how many reps you can do on your own, which could be 7-8 reps, 10-12, or 15 or more! Usually 1-6 rep sets focus more on strength, 6-12, in particular 8-12 focuses on muscle growth, and beyond 15 gives more endurance!
