Just purchased the Q4 Slope. Have played 4 rounds with it. The biggest problem I have had is the vibration feature rarely works. I would say about 10% of the time. The yardage is almost instant. But without the vibration, I keep shooting to verify the yardage. Played today with someone who has the Bushnell V6. Reading and jolt were instant.

picked up the q-4 a couple weeks ago and it's been pretty great so far. Not sure if it's the flags at my course or my shaky hands but it doesn't always rumble and square on the flag (although the distances were still accurate regardless)

My Harry Taylor Golf Black Edition that I picked up for $99.99 is pretty good so far. Has slope and everything.

I really want a cobalt Q-6. Had the PP NX10 and loved it. Got caught in a rain storm and boom, doesn’t work anymore. PP customer service is good but their NX10 doesn’t have a waterproof warranty so 30% off a new one was offered. The Cobalt Q6 comes with a waterproof rating and a lifetime warranty. That’s the way I’m leaning. I also have a KLYR and it’s fantastic for the price. Got it for $116 on amazon late last year. I just don’t trust the slope but love the size and magnet.

Would love to see a comparison video between the Precision Pro NX-10 and the Cobalt Q-4 with them being at about the same price point. Great video!

Been playing golf since I was 14 and upto 5yrs ago I didn't use any tech gadgets and used markers in the course. Now Im much much older lol It's not in here but I've always just used apps with My amsung watch works awesome. Now I'm looking at the Golf Buddy LS or the Caddytek V3 from Costco ( upside here is can take it back ) Is the GB LS a decent Range finder it seems priced right in the middle.

Is it worth considering a range finder if you also have Arccos + Apple Watch?

100% I use both a rangefinder and Arccos tracking tags. The tags are great for post round analysis which you can’t get from a rangefinder. I’d also recommend using an Apple Watch alongside a rangefinder, with the GPS apps available it’s sometimes helpful to double check the yardage reading from the rangefinder, or to work out how far front, middle or back the flag is on the green. Good luck! 🏌️‍♂️👍

Absolutely. The distances on the watch are an approximation at best, so having a rangefinder is nice if you want more precise distances.

I guess im too bad of a golfer to understand spending so much on a gadget. My clubs cost less than most of these rangefinders.

Do you realize how terrible Bushnell’s quality and customer service is? Many online forums online and well as my first hand experience, they are garbage that the company overprices and won’t warrant.

Great point. At the top end I’d recommend a Garmin over a Bushnell everyday, you get so many more features 👍🏌️‍♂️

I think your totally wrong about range finders under $200. I've purchased the RedTiger range finder for $93 with slope, and it performs just as well or better than the $350 Bushnell it replaced. Also, you're dead wrong about not needing a slope mode. I only shoot my target in slope mode and the variance that your eye may not detect is a huge factor. What a terrible reviewer!
