Sir please tell me that corporate counsel or in house counsel required to give bar exam for work in a private company of usa

If somebody get an LLB degree after 12th from and after doing this degree how he can practice or register as an advocate in India. Can he get training or experience for 2 years under any senior advocate or 2 years Indian law firm. i have no clearly on this on any platform not clear on BCI website as well

Law is a very country specific course, you can’t get a job anywhere abroad basis your LLB you need to either write the respective transfer exam or do the LLB equivalent course there and either ways pass whatever requirements the country has listed to be a practising lawyer in the country

I am current doing my 5 year BALLB program in India and right now I am in second sem. Which subject as my honors (for e.g. International law) can help me to practice in an US based company right after my degree.

Bro, indeed but after a long struggle! You need to clear the NCA exam, then you have to do articling with a lawyer, then some additional exams and alot more! So in short it would probably take 4_5 years to settle down or maybe more. Doing LLM is an easy way to settle but LLM is very expensive you have to pay around 40_55k cad for that!

yes, with an Indian Law degree can practise law in foreign countries if certain conditions are met. You have to check the eligibility criteria

Many people seem to be asking simailar questions so this is what I know and putting it out there for anyone who would benefit from it- Law is a very country specific course, you can’t get a job anywhere abroad basis your LLB (this is with respect to making your career as a lawyer, if you just need a degree LLB should be fine) you need to either write the respective transfer exam or do the LLB equivalent course there and either ways pass whatever other requirements the country has listed to be a practising lawyer in the country. It varies from country to country, many counties don’t offer transfer exam and it also depends on from which country you studied law.
