I've been in the first house shown. I went to school with one of the kids who lived their. It was amazing! Biggest house I have ever been to in my life.

The problem is you're living in Texas, not Miami. You get what you pay for in this life I've lived in both, for years. Don't compare the two.Texas loses that one, every time. Miami cost much more because of much higher demand. Miami is beautiful and sexy. Texas is fat girls in cowboys boots. Moving on.....

They are all great houses. But, and I really hate to rain on the parade here... you all do know that Miami's long term future is not looking too bright? Has anyone taken a look at those fancy maps generated by climatologists? The ones that show what the world is going to look like 20, 30 and 50 years from now... Miami along with the Keys and pretty much all of the southern quarter or so of Florida are going to be reclaimed by the sea. Miami and all these super nice and expensive houses are just a few feet above sea level. It's like buying real estate in Atlantis.

Usually neighborhoods like these have 24/7 security and gates at the front where you have to show your ID. If you are a guest they will call the owner to make sure you belong there

@@douglassantet647 You're right. The most optimistic long term projections are 10 feet. Most experts are thinking in terms of 15' or more. South Florida and the Keys is probably one of the most vulnerable corners of the lower 48. Just do a Google for Florida and sea level change.

Their also newer construction in many cases. Because most of the Mansions in Atlanta are either renovated old construction from like the 1900s to 1990s or designed in a turn of the century astatic. Due primarily to the HOA in the wealthy gated communities. Which is rather irritating and is why those houses generally hit the market every few years.

I would rather live in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia

Keeping all of those addresses.... And every houses two digits of first numbers an each houses....
