The raid plug had me dying
I over shift a lot, never really considered the impact of letting off the throttle. I also try to keep true to the slow-in, slow-out approach, but it's the guy behind me that is just fast everywhere who punts me out of the way 🤣 Thumbnail game on point. Thanks for doing these videos 😀 - v0x
Can you do tips on mid-air leaning and corrections? I hit the jump sideways sometimes and it’s impossible to correct most times
Your voice over videos like this is really good quality content and good tips for newer and even older players aswell! Great video man keep it up!
Great tips! Thank for your effort! What a difference it makes how you land! Personally i would love some tips/advice about when to stand/sit and when to lean front/back in a straight line (for example the straight line before the start/finish on Assen. I just recently started again and beta 16 is a huge improvement for the slower riders.
Watching all kinds of similar videos right now, about to pick up the game!. Thanks for the tips.
Great advices bro, nice tips, a lot of knowledge

We really need more videos like this. I come from Rocket League and the amount of videos on how to improve at the game is crazy. Wasnt expecting there to be so little info on how to improve in MXB compared to RL!
Quality tips !! Also love Ryno !!

rly good guide Lynds! my self as a new player in mx bikes, comming from mx sim. if we talk from the settings perspective, one thing that has helped me, getting more stable and learn the game physics better, was to lover the gain on the lean. to around 80, and progressivly turning it, as im getting better and better at the game to carry more speed. I had a rly hard time going into a corner, and sliding out. but this helped me alot. i don't know if it will help others, but diffently worth a try. but let me know if anyone tries this out, and if it helped you or not. i feel like the best settings to try out as a beginner is the direct lean and the gain on the lean
Being 5 months late, Its not almost November. Ive been playing the game for almost 1.5-2 yrs and i was faster at the beginning than now. I feel like you covered a lot bad habits I acquired while playing early mx bikes and showed me what I should fix. I appreciate it
Great video I just got the game today and I was getting really frustrated beacuse I couldn’t drive 2 feet without crashing this helped me so much thank you
Thank you so much!!

I love you Lynds x
4:35 In a car you actually want do the opposite of what you said about cars braking. The reason why you dont do that on a motorbike is because the center of mass is much higher and the front wheel is close to the rear. That makes the mass shifting very slow and that's why you need to first load the front wheel with all the weight and then start braking hard instead of braking without it and locking up. In a car wheels are much further apart, center of mass is lower and the suspension has shorter travel which makes it worth just slamming, since that wont make you lock up. Because of higher downforce in a car you want to release them a bit while slowing down. The downforce decreases, tires have less grip and so you should brake less if you don't want to lock up. This is especially visible on high downforce cars like f1. All of that happens with no trail braking and that only adds to the brake releasing in cars.
Thank you!!!!! im so good now! 😁😁😁
Your vids are amazing

The one major disadvantage to landing back wheel first all the time is you can be late for a fast-approaching turn if there is one. For example, after the last jump sequence after the big table on Walnut, that hard right turn is in your face right away after the down ramp. If your back wheel first there, it's not ideal. Personally, I like scrubbing and landing front wheel just a tad before the back wheel. It keeps the bike from the big bounce, you get from landing both wheels same time and I can dig into the turn instantly instead of waiting for the front wheel to come down. You have to be careful though and have good pace and pitch so you're landing on the down ramp at a good angle and not over jumping and landing into the flat. But on big air jumps that are straight, yeah, back wheel first is great. All said, all of this might change with the new bikes coming out soon. I'm sure the physics will be dialed in better, less bounce. Let's hope the slow physics ice skating gets fixed soon .
helped loads
my main problem was probably overshifting a lot, i hope i can get less than 1.04 on forest, u are a demon for doing a 1.02. Great work bro keep up the consistent good vids

I'm not sure if you'll see this, but I have a ruthless on/off riding style that seems to work pretty well in (albeit, I have about 30hrs in-game so I crash fairly often even in-) motocross style tracks. But I, for obvious reasons, can't make it work in supercross and I really struggle to even put a lap together. I also hate the standard Nevada '13 and '18 tracks. So, do you have a suggestion for how to fix this fairly quickly without having to change my whole groove, and/or what supercross tracks do you recommend for a beginner noob like me?
goat
@ 1:40 HAD ME CRYING
For trail braking, I would say do the oppisite. Hard on entry or hard when going fast as momentum from the wheels will not lock up*unless it's bumpy as fuck or sum* and then start letting it go halfway through the corner and gas out of the corner
Great video, very helpful. I do have a question though, whenever I try to whip/scrub, my front instantly drops down, causing me to crash. Any tips on how to overcome this?

I don’t get how you pull the front of the bike up like that midair to land on your back tire. Does it have something to do with sitting?

how do I make my rider lean forward over the bars
hey uhh is there a way to shift your body back and fourth on the seat so i can see my handlebars and stuff more while on the 2nd first person view?

I never thought about having a button just for the back brake while having combined brakes. How do you do that?
@LyndsMX
3 жыл бұрын
just in the games games settings, on the input 1 tab theres a 'brake' option with is the joint brakes if you select joint brakes and then theres a separate bind for rear brake only
Yo just wondering which bike do u use and which skin do u use?
how do you lean back and forwards in the air and on ground i cant figure it out
hahahahaha the raid shadow gettin dissed
how to take front wheel up
How do you bring the bike to your chest like that?
Amazing your bike doesnt move at all
4:20 How come braking in the air make the front end dip?
how do you tuck your front wheel in?
Hey man i was wondering what you use to film your gameplay? Thanks!

I use shadowplay play through nvidia Geforce
I just started I only have 23 hours and for the landing back wheel won't work I lean forwards and it wont do what it does on his screen. any help?
what bike are you using in the clips and what engine cc
what is the paint that you use on ur bike
I got one more questions, how to make bike straight in the air after whip? I mean i dont get Perfect Landing and my front wheel slips cause i got to much lean on Landing.
@LyndsMX
3 жыл бұрын
i find moving forwards and back a few times straightens the bike up more, landing on the back wheel also brings the front wheel in line as it comes down
How do you pull the front up like that in the air
So when in the air do i need to brake to move back and forward?, My rider dont move when in the air weird?
when i take every single corner my rider falls over how can i make so it wont ?
When ever I drive forward the bike just flips over
map name when you playing at the start?
how do i make it so i use 1 bind for both brakes?
greeat vid
Whats that first track?
Should I buy ps or xbox controller to get better? XD
