the 2 i would love the most as actual sets are the Artists Cafe and the Hardware Store as they are both really nice and would be really cool to build and display
I love modular buildings and have just recently started collecting them. The first one and the last one were my favorites here, but I do think Lego should release a post office eventually.

The only issue I have with the lab is the comic sans font for the sign.

i think number three looks great the one problem i have with it is it looks kind of like a modular version of the poilce station sets from the city line up on the exterior

Is there any source for the Artists Cafe instructions now that it wasn't selected?
So can we purchase these sets from lego or bricklink or whatever?
Makes me wonder if this suggests the official modular from Lego will not be a post office or hardware store?
