idk but i feel like sprint defending is just more effective becuase of how fast your players zigzag. I have played so so many matches in div 3 and have about 10 percent winrate. the way i defend is intercept and match up, but its almost completely useless. THrough passes pass through the same

Yes, Match-up is effective against skillers. Use pressure when the opposition is unstable to make a pass. Also it's effective when a player is about to cross.
