I made it with a few changes! Perfect! I know sponge cake is made without oil and qny fats! It is made with egs! I made it with two eggs, and one and a half table spoon sugar, and one teaspoon baking powder! Instead vanilla i put a little lemon juice in! Perfect and the best sponge cake ever!

I'm university student away from home, thanks you a lot for helping me going through hard days with this simple method

How ? Mine was a disaster it remained uncooked from inside n outer surface was near to burn 🙁

If the toaster turn on before pouring batter then it becomes over heated and the cakes remain uncooked. Hope this helps ❤️
