I have a very large screen and for me it felt like I was driving that sweet ass 389 the camera angle was the best. Pleado more like that. Best wishes and safe travels. nastavite sa transportom

    I guess 😂 some guys 👦 like 👍 to fly 🪰 down the hill when they are empty. I can't imagine going down full with 80,000 lbs & a load shifting. Maybe you should do a video for shippers 🤔 🚢 to show them how to load a truck 🚚 evenly in terms of proper weight distribution. Low pay = shitty workers in warehouses = BIG problems problems

  • @OTRBandit

    I don’t think all of those guys were empty and they were still flying downthat mountain. I think the reason it takes forever to get us loaded and unloaded is because workers are not paid very good and they don’t give a damn about anything.

    If the truck is too heavy, what does that mean? That the load is more the what the bill of lading says? Or your truck is to heavy for the road? I always hear truckers are worried about the scales but I'm not sure what rules are being broken. Just so the revenue collectors can buy more donuts.

  • @OTRBandit

    @OTRBandit

    14 күн бұрын

    Every day semi trucks, that you see out here on the road can be maximum 80,000 pounds heavy.. and that weight needs to be spread around. Maximum weight we can have on our front wheels is 12,000 pounds.. trailer wheels and drive truck wheels can have 34,000 pounds each. Anything over that is overweight and illegal.

    Now I understand not wanting to “run for free”. But wouldn’t it make sense to take the load and cover fuel/mileage costs backhaul instead of just straight deadhead for $0.00?? Or are you not taking the freight out of principle of the broker rates out of Florida right now. Just curious….

  • @OTRBandit

    @OTRBandit

    5 ай бұрын

    Florida to Kansas City pays less than Chattanooga to Kansas City. I would rather deadhead 600 miles and get more money for same mileage. But half of that trip I’m empty. Florida never pays good. 45K pounds load and they want you to take that for 89 cents a mile. One of your tires blows out because of that weight and you’re losing all your potential profit. To me it’s always better to deadhed than haul something cheap. I’ve deadheded 1200 miles before because loads were cheap and I didn’t want to spend that weekend away from home. Plus every time I go to places like Florida I get paid very good.
