Beautiful work. Can you please give me tips on how to protect a ombre look on the ends from the color transferring on it during a rinse out? I have been using nothing but pravana for many many years and I've never had this problem until now. I use a level 4 for her touch up and I tone her blonde every time with the pearl express tones. Every time I rinse her color out the level 4 ends up darkening her blonde tremendously. Almost three levels darker. What can I do to protect her blonde on the bottom of her hair? She is the only client that I have ever had this happened to and it happens every single time.

Hi Jessica Sounds like her ends are porous and grabbing the color. Apply Silk Degrees Prep & Treat to the ends, rinse the roots with high water pressure. Hope this helps! The PRAVANA Team

About an hour - it's just creating few highlights in the front/sides, then Express Tones color and tone are applied to well towel-dried hair - no drying in between makes it quicker! Give it a try!

Absolutely! Just section, lighten, add a shadow root/color then tone! Easy steps for a dramatic transformation!
