I really liked the video but it would’ve been nice to maybe show an up close picture of how the mascara looks on your lashes just to see even if the results aren’t all that different

Ivana Estrada I guess it depends how you curl them. I do it before and after mascara; before, so that I’m applying mascara to lashes that are more curled, and then after mascara (when dry, not still wet) because the mascara will help hold the curl and give more *oomph.* And I definitely notice a difference when I don’t curl my lashes 😊😉

Just wanna say in case someone else needs to see this, my Thrive mascara got better with a little bit of age. The first week I used it I low-key hated it because I couldn't even get one solid coat. I would just near instantly have a sticky clumpy mess. You would think a tubing mascara would perform worse with age but I left it in my drawer for like a month and I'm telling you it's kinda better now. Like because it's tubing it's still not the best for layering but now I can at least get one solid coat with mostly well separated lashes. Holds a curl super great and doesn't transfer throughout the day!

I miss my thrive mascara but haven’t repurchased. After about 2 months of near daily use, the opening just busted. I was just putting the wand back in and the packaging just cracked. I never thought I was rough with it, but I do kinda roll the wand in the tube as opposed to pumping for for product. I really want it again but I’m too afraid it’s going to break and that will be money down the drain.

I am someone who has long, but heavy lashes, so I love curl. I’ve recently tried Benefit Roller Lash and am really happy with it!

I use the By Terry mascara, it’s my all time favourite!! It makes my lashes look so long and curls them, and also holds the curl all day long! Absolutely worth it!!

I lost my once very long lashes after chemo medication. I was left with very short very fine lashes and stopped wearing eye makeup altogether. After years of different eyelash serums i finally found one that worked for me and i now have longer lashes. Not as long as before but really good when i put mascara on. Mascara has changed so much that i have about 6 different drugstore mascaras and have settled on one but i have to do so much cleanup with it as it is so wet. I always use an eyelash curler before and after mascara has dried. I did get so many compliments on my lashes recently and some actually thought i had light extensions on. I would love to try the first one but i am in the UK so will have to look and see if i can find it online. Thank you for the comparisons. I also want one that comes off easy as i don't want my much needed lashes being pulled out when removing. Thanks again. Shirley.

My daughter has lashes like that. I’ve always had really long lashes, but S a redhead you can’t see them unless I’m wearing mascara.

The thrive mascara is hands down my FAVORITE mascara! I always use it when I do bolder eye looks cause I hate falsies and that mascara does the trick for me. I use the wander beauty unlashed mascara for natural makeup days because it doesn't clump on my lashes.

I haven't tried all of the ones you talk about here but I can totally support your love for the Thrive Mascara, hourglass Mascara, and the wander mile high Mascara! Absolutely my top three favorite Mascaras! 😍❤️ I personally think my favorite of them is the wander but I seriously love all three and have all three in rotation currently.

I like the way Tati puts in clips from previous videos when mentioning a product. I know it's a lot of added work, but in videos like this it could be helpful to edit in clips or pics of you wearing the mascara.

You got me hooked on the Thrive Mascara. I love it. It is just so easy. I am extremely active all day every day ad I love that it stays put until I remove it. I always thought Lancôme and L’Oreal were my favorites until I tried the Thrive. Thanks Allie. You do have gorgeous lashes.

The Benefit Rollerlash is my ride or die. I absolutely love it!!

I rely on the benefit bad gal bang mascara! It’s got a relatively thin wand with small spikes on it and the formula is also similar to a tube formula (a little more rubbery and slippery). I think the combination of the brush and formula keeps my long lashes separated and super long! It never clumps on me, and importantly, the brush never comes out of the bottle and full of clumps. I hate when that happens - I feel like I have to wipe my brush down a little to get rid of that excess product or else it will clump my mascara upon application.

Can you do videos like this for every category? Ex. concealers, blushes, bronzers, etc. Love your videos! Thank you for all you do!

I've tried many mascara but one mascara so far that I like is Smash Box fan out mascara. It just gives me that beautiful lift without the eye lash curler that I feel like it's gonna rip off all my lashes. But yes you are right, everyone has their own preferences. It's always great to try new brands so you know which one works for you. ☺️

One of my favorite mascaras is Loreal Voluminous. I love it!! It's one of the best mascaras there is. I also love the Lancome Diffinicils mascara, but, it's a little expensive. It's good if you are going somewhere special or just for a fancy dinner out. I love it, too!! ❤

Maybe this is a really dumb question but here it is: how do you remove the Thrive mascara? And how do you remove the more “hard go remove” ones you mentioned as well? Looking to not lose lashes (I am not blessed with naturally long and or thick lashes...plus on medications for autoimmune issues that have impacted my lashes and hair-not complaining but it adds another factor to mascara choices). I just think its more about the face shape and eyeshape that give that effect of focus on the eyes ok ? Maybe even lips. It's a total and proportions she has that fish look like Angelina jolie

I bought the thrive mascara after hearing everyone rave about it. I have VERY hooded eyes so every mascara unless it’s waterproof (even then sometimes it doesn’t work) transfers under my eyebrows and I end up having black lines that I constantly have to fix throughout the day. This mascara does not do that, it’s amazing honestly. Rinsing it off is a breeze and it never flakes like Allie said. I highly suggest it for anyone who has hooded eyes!

oooh early today! btw i never liked wearing mascaras (i'm more towards eyeliner) bcs they dry out my lashes. some formulas are making them feel crusty lol but thrive causemetic's one is really nice! edit : actually been eyeing the wander one with red tube but i'm scared it'll dry out my lashes like the better than sex waterproof one

Maybelline Lash Discovery makes my invisible, short and stubby eyelashes look like your natural lashes. Tiny little wand so it takes longer to apply sometimes, but the effort is always worth it as it picks up and fills out even the shortest stubbiest lashes on the corners of the eyes both inner and outer. LOVE IT! Been using it for years and years, hope they never stop making it. My go-to drug store mascara, and pairs nicely with L'oreal Lash Paradise if you want to do a quicker upper lash, using the smaller wand on the Maybelline for just lower lashes. A beautiful drug store combo that rivals every high end mascara I've tried.

Ulta has a mascara called “twisted volume” and it has a wand that you can manipulate as well. I love it.

I love Thrive Mascara! I like mascaras that gives me some definition & doesn't clump my lashes & this does that. It also cleans off perfectly.

Mascara is one of the hardest categories to choose from. It depends on the look you prefer on you, your lashes to beginning with, smudging or flaking that could have to do with your eyelid shape and the skin around your eye, sensitive watery eyes, hot climate🚶🏻‍♀️ I really find it hard to find a perfect one that does it all

I totally understand using many, many mascara’s. At the time I have 4 different brands because I can’t find the right look. Length is my goal and thank goodness I found this video because I will try your recommendations!

Great info! I love Bad Gal Bang and Roller Lash, both Benefit, but I’m always looking for something new. Smudging is my biggest issue so always need a mascara that won’t end up under my eyes.

My favourite mascara to date is the Heroine Make Long and Curl mascara Super Waterproof version. I have short and straight lashes, this is the only mascara that keeps them lifted and curled all day until I want to remove it. Plus it’s only around £10-£12.

I love the Hourglass Caution Mascara. I use this on my bridal clients, and on myself when I need some color on my lashes. Aside from not smudging or flaking, I love the fact that it has a trompe-l'oeil effect (fool the eye) into believing they really are your natural lashes. If someone or you touch your lashes while you're wearing it. It just feels like you have the most amazingly soft lashes. I finally left my $40 Givenchy mascara and switched to this one. I also like the fact that it isn't "waterproof" but it is resetting drop and tear proof. My clients all seem to think that it is waterproof, but according to Hourglass it is not.

The wander beauty mile high club mascara is sort of a tubing mascara too, although they done advertise it as such. Try and remove it with warm water at night and see what happens

Your lashes are to die for 😍😍 I also have long lashes but the problem is that they don't naturally curl, so I always have to look for a mascara that volumizes and holds curl. My holy grail mascara is the Pat McGrath FetishEyes Mascara 💕

I just discovered YANZI and I love it! It’s a silk fiber that give you volume and length. It doesn’t flake. It doesn’t smudge. It’s easy to get off and it’s absolutely amazing. The container itself is diamond studded and it’s beautiful!

The mascara that I’m obsessed with at the moment is Benefit Bad Gal Bang. The wand is long and thin with short little spikes. I also LOVE the GrandeDRAMA thickening mascara with castor oil. There is something about that formula that is just amazing!!

Physicians Formula is my all time favorite mascara! I swear by it. It’s amazing.

I wish there were clips of you applying each mascara (even if it were just sped up) in between the mascaras so we could see each end result. Quick tip from someone who lost all my lashes after really bad extensions: Use either an eyeliner brush or any applicator (always clean) & apply CASTOR OIL to your lash line (overnight works best since it’s oil). It can also be used on eyebrows & some use on scalp for thinning hair. It worked great & is very affordable compared to name brand $$$$$ products for lash growth.
