Bhai ap tau bohat h naraz lagty hain... Ap jb aye thy sale krny tau ap same day cash mangty thy... Apko ye baat samjhni hogi k investor rate r end user rate ma farq hota hai, agar same day sale krna chahain gay tau asi h offer milti hai... R offer ya demand hum apni taraf se nai krty... It's always seller or buyers call... We are just doing a mediator job... I hope I'm clear..
