Plot atleast one crore, 1.25 cr in construction vdout basement basement 35 to 40 so 2.65 tk chala gya cost aur obviously koi aap ko free mei nhi bnaa kr deta, bahut time aur energy lghti hai. In this case 3cr is a very fair price.

AoA Sir Basement wala room ka drain system usually basement ke floor ke center mein hota hai taake water floor se drain ho sake. Drain system ko floor ke slope ke hisaab se design kiya jata hai taake water khud ba-khud drain ho sake. Yeh system usually basement ke construction ke time pe hi design aur install kiya jata hai.

Basement mein aksar aik drainage system hota hai jo pani ko ikhata karta hai aur use kamray se door le jata hai. Ye system aam tor par pipes aur aik sump pump se bana hota hai. Sump pump tab chalta hai jab sump pit mein pani ka level aik had tak pohanch jata hai, aur ye pani ko bahar aur ghar se door le jata hai.

@@InvestwithSajeel ..... Basement pr 30 se 40 lac basement pr lag gye hun ge.... Phr b 3 crore kisi sense mein ni bnta... Profit margin bht ziada rakha howa hai.... Owner ko ap ne samjhna hai.... Mujhe lagta hai.... Inhun ne sale keh liye ni rakha howa.... Warna itni demand na krte
