Day 1: i had this voice. Inside my head tellin me to hear this so i did. Then, i also did not look in the mirror, i first washed my arms and legs then applied some sorta cream on it. I know this was 4 months ago but if you still use subs and get nightmares a I recommend using a "flush," kinda sub, they get rid of all the negatives and basically give you a clean slate so nothing in your mind gets confused. Idk how to explain it but yeah 😅 x
