    to train with a shuttle you need at least to persons. Othervise you need to buy feeding shuttle machine. But you can train footwork and do special workout for badminton by yourself

    @@notlesser You can also look for a flat wall and smash the shuttle against it. It usually bounces back reasonably well

    Are you really a coach? Because: 1) You are using a panhandle grip to play your smash, which makes your smash very flat and end up near the back of court 2) You are using a lot of shoulder in your smash 3) You have no recovery after your smash 4) You have slow preparation and don't even push off with your feet to get into position 5) I've seen players with just 1 year of coaching and playing experience with much better footwork

    Why r u don't using pronation which almost all using .. then only we get maximum rotation force and spin and dip by using feather angle and natural rotation of forearm..
