Thanks for such a useful information. Yesterday I got a call from Builder that they are giving free hold plots near Jewar Airpot @ Rs 3500 per sq yard. I was amazed because authority plots rate is around 18k and they are offering plots at such a low rate. Now I am able to understand they are fraud. Thanks for your video.

Yes, they are frauds and I received lots of calls from those buyers who already buy land from these fraud builders and now after they are trapped, they want to know how they can withdraw their money.

I was offered Independent house and Villa in Sector 16 B and Sec 1 for >20 Lakhs (Sec 16 B) and 60 Lakhs for Sec 1 (Ashoka Greens). Builder floors are more VFM than independent houses or society apartments. I really appreciate your hard work and honesty in this greedy market (Real Estate) 🙏🙏👍
