    A basic example would be a back end engineer writes code that runs on one machine. The dev ops team then takes that code runs it spawns it on many machines in "the cloud" (Amazon web services). All these machines are basically copies of the original code but now you have to deal with new issues like how do we choose which machine a user hits or how do we keep our Amazon computing costs down.

    Great video! I am a huge fan of the channel. It may be considered a subcategory of a data scientist, but data engineers play an important role. They are usually in charge of gathering the data and organizing it into the databases.
