Ask what not wrong with this company and there team. They are big cheats They are big fraudster, scamsters in this service. In the month of February I ordered items worth ₹14000/- I paid and they despatched the items. When opened fully sealed parcel more than ₹10000 items were missing. When contacted them they told will let u know in two days... Which never came. After nearly 2 months when contacted they told me to complain parcel agent as they might have taken the items from fully sealed parcel. I waited for parcel agency to resolve my query but no resolution so again told this Chortech of this issue but no resolution from them too. They just postponed my issue all these months. Now before two days when I posted there work, biggest scamster sudhanshu called me and promised me to resolve my issue with a condition to delete my comments on there channel. He even told that I can del ur comments but I want to solve your issue (ok good) but was he sleeping😴 all these days. When I asked "do din khatam hue, kya hua" He got furious for this and started argument. He sent a packing vdo of 10 s where the items were put in a bag, thats it and when I told" Theekse banao" Again got furious and replied "mujhe vdo banana nahi aata".🤔 So he just want to make me say sorry. Which I won't. Egoistic person. I conclude " Don't buy from far away places, they are not trustworthy ". If u want to do this business go for other wholesalers like koncept sublimation. Even if one mug is damaged they send it again. I ordered ₹17000 items from them and they missed one teflon sheet. Immediately I told them they delivered it again. In business we are highly dependent on trust which this Chortech company doesn't have. They are like "Apna kaam banta bhaad me jaye jantaa". This is not fake I have all proofs BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!
