I finally finished this shi- it's for an exposition, and I have more things to expose so it's kinda difficult. I'll take a break and later start studying (I ALSO HAVE EXAM OMFG NOOO)

Love these videos! Just started using them to study recently and wish I started sooner. Love the music because its not distracting and keeps me focused, which is hard for me because I have adhd. Can you also try 50-10 system? Or instead do a 25-5 system. It is very suitable and easier to input the time slots in a calendar in this way. Each block in the calendar would be a 30 min or 60 min study+break.

no 30-5 system is better and more caluclatable in hours if that makes sense
