You forget two things about how women can hurt you. 1. They can call the police at any point in time and destroy your life with one accusation. 2. They can destroy your public reputation by lying, and most people will believe women first, with or without proof, and your ass is in front of the cannon. Many men fell prey to these two things, I myself found myself in the second mistake during my first year of college. All it takes is one good lie told to everyone, and you will find out very soon how fast people will turn their backs on you without even trying to talk to you in the first place. So women can hurt you, but not in a physical way.

A woman can bring joy to your life but also can be a burden. The latter can be exhausting you're carrying round all her issues as she will share them with you. As a man we are programmed to be problem solvers. If a woman brings more issues to your life than you already have you need to leave her. You need to do you not her and all the crap she comes with will damage your focus and progress!

Hey man thanks for another great one. I’ve always felt like a natural with this stuff, but usually what would happen is - once I went through a break up, and I started dating again it was like I forgot all the rules and I had to relearn them each time. Your message checks out and resonates with each video. It’s helping me avoid stupid mistakes, and I’ve been talking to a great girl recently who responds to everything you and others taught me this year.

Getting stronger every day with your help. I appreciate it big time. Yeah, I’ve been in relationships all my life but not quality because of my lack of qualities but understanding is the first step into becoming more successful I find that it’s always a mentor that actually makes me take the biggest steps because you have to have the knowledge before you can put it into the action and I’ve listen to so many different coaches, but you really seem to get through to me, because I think your knowledge comes from a place of massive experience. I listened to your webinar but don’t have the money for it yet unfortunately and embarrassed to say. But soon as I get it I’m gonna do it but anyway Thank you Casey. !!

It will stay you time. He deals with girls not women. Any one who speaks so absolutely knows nothing about life, period. His points are true to a degree, but Ill tell you if you act like he says to, yes Youll keep a girl but loose a woman. He talks about unconscious girls not actualized women. Be honest thats all it takes . Be honest to your masculinity and your feelings. But never put a front on Hes telling you to lie and play one up. Real relationships no one has a leg up. You respect each others opposing talents and weaknesses. You dont trie to take advantage of and manipulate a woman. Thats a recipe to loose a great woman. What is he 38? Lol

Stop chasing a women that disrespects and clearly does not love you. What she says is bullshit, what she does is everything you need to know. Have some self respect and dignity FFS! What is wrong with you? You don't see yourself with somebody else because you have no other options. A man without other options tends to over invest in his woman which (despite what women say) pushes her away. Most guys want to create a great life with a women and every one of those relationships fail. Successful men with options in women create successful relationships by bringing a women into the life they are building. Not the other way around. To succeed in relationship you must first be on your way to being your very best self. Then have a prime mission, a sense of boundary, a sense of adventure, an understanding of what you want out of life plus being on a track to get it. Then try bringing a women along on your life's adventure (it is an adventure right?) If she doesn't fit she needs to go. Odds are you should have measured your wife and disqualified her in courtship, but your standards were low, and your boundaries were not up to the task. Now you are where you are. What are you going to do about that? Find another women and make the same mistakes? Time to build a better life bro! Almost 40 years with the same women so I know what I am talking about. I'm a 60 jacked, squared away, well dressed, masculine mother fucker. I understand what it is to be sexy, I have young women make passes at me regularly because I am the very best version of myself. I am not especial, but I have done the work required of a man. As much as I love my wife, she knows if she grossly disrespected me, willfully and continuously crossed my boundaries, or cheated on me, I would replace her with much younger more beautiful women and then carry on in my life's mission. Your woman never felt the same way about you did she? Its over with your ex. Now go to the gym attempt to work yourself to death for the next year, Start building the man you were destined to be. Oh yeah! Once she sees the new you she will come crawling back. DO NOT let her back into your life. She has shown you who she is...Believe her and move on.

On subject of friend zone, I’m really appreciative of what you have taught in your videos. One woman who has a boyfriend at this time and as such has currently lost pretty much interest in talking to me. But there had been times where her attraction toward me was very up and down, one minute she was wanting to see me, bumping hands with me, wanting to help me and bring me food and next minute I was nothing to her so I guess my behaviour was flaky and inconsistent so I’m hoping that when I apply these things to other women I will be able to get out of friend zone and have more consistent results with women.

Dont worry about it. Go towards your values and interests youll typically meet some better matches for you than where most people meet them (bars online dating). Keep a focus on yourself and be open to meeting women where you are and see if they fit into your life. I think its a waste of time to put too much into this than need to. Especially if you value yourself and your well being.

I appreciate you. I wish I could like this more than once. I'm still struggling to not see my value as dependent upon my wife's approval. I can think pragmatically about it but when she inevitably is pissed off at me about something or nothing or both, I struggle to remain unemotional. For the most part, she seems unreasonable and unpredictable and it makes me want to explain those things to her, which ramps things up. She is a professional when it comes to silent treatment and I am naturally social and literally forget that I am trying to wait her out so that she comes to me. Then I am pissed at myself.

This is not good. My mother was like this. They know exactly what they are doing. If you let it continue, it will affect all aspects of your life. I really like Casey's advice but sometimes we are caught up in a dance and that we can't get out of. What helped me was the book The Power of the Subconscious Mind and another book You Can Heal Your Life. They give a pragmatic approach to changing what you believe about yourself. "The best way to change other people is to change yourself". If you do go this route (I don't know if it is for you), don't tell anyone what you are doing, keep it your secret. I had to say my new beliefs around 200 to 300 times a day for 6 months, but it did work. And then went to about 10 times a day for maintenance so I wouldn't slip back. Kind of like working your body out except you are working your mind

@@irenem9067 Thank you for the advice. I think I will try the books along with Casey's teachings. The irony is, I am by almost all cultural standards, the man women want. Tall, very attractive, relatively high income, position of power, blessed physically in other ways, outgoing, aggressive, driven.. and I know the source of my downfall. I was the prize until that "one" left. I guess she took my mojo with her, because even when I have "dated down" I am taken for granted. I can't blame her though. I know how it works. I just wish we didn't have to play games to have genuine desire, long term, from women.

@@rbrown5621You sound like you have a lot going for you. Your circumstance is much like mine. He walked away because he was unhappy with the direction his career was taking. We kept in touch and he told me that he had a new girlfriend but always keeping his eye open in case a better option came along. I was stunned thinking "is that what he did with me? " so you see it's not just women who are hypergamous. When I started the practice I outlined, I remember having a really bad day 3 months in and I wanted to give up. But I doubled down and had a whole evening ritual (not talking to anyone, healthy eating, no news or social media) so that I could sleep with the thoughts I had been saying. Then I started noticing how people were reacting to me differently and thought "wow that wouldn't have happened before" - I called them little miracles. I really hope this works with you and hope I hear back from you with how it went. I forgot to mention - do not let anyone throw you off your routine!

@@rbrown5621you have to be assertive with persistency and consistency. If she ignores you, let her know that that's not effective communication and relationships are strong with effective communication. Also, understand and be understood. Perspectives are different, but understanding others' and your perspective equally being understood will relieve a lot of miscommunication/misunderstanding. Don't let her take advantage of your passiveness and your strive to avoid an argument. Having said that, disagreements are a part of a relationship.

Learn this lesson!!!! Don't give two f's. Once I got out of my head and way and stopped giving a shit of what people thought of me. Then my life changed. People notice, woman, work. Be confident and competent. That is what attracts woman, wealth and success. Casey is a genius. Wish I had this knowledge 20years ago.

My man back on the whiteboard 💪. I wanted to ask about the safety aspect. Girls totally want to be around a guy who can fight and protect them if necessary. I know having muscular physique and being big is making her perceive you as someone who can protect her but do you think that starting martial arts is a good idea to make women feel even more safer?

Id argue if you're following even these traits just to attract women then don't. Focus on youself and what drives you, always. You should be ok even if youre unable to attract even a single woman. Be on your purpose!!

I think it's important to understand that wisdom comes before stoicism. You truly do not care when you truly understand reality (wisdom). This can be done by cutting off 99% of stimuli (especially technology) and meditating daily.
