Also remember to always check your shoulders and always plan what you going to do with the ball before receiving . This will help with confidence

@@benben9788 thanks, I always have heard of great players knowing what to do before they get the ball. I never gave too much importance. Know I see I must never underestimate the way I'm supposed to play. I have to learn different aspects in order to get better.

It's very common. The first thing is to be easy on yourself and understand that confidence is a skill like anything else. Use the tips in this video and other ones I have on the channel to get you started!

I try a lot I try to stay calm in practice but I get confused and get a break because the coach says to take a break because I get confused on the activity what can I do to not do it wrong I always see how others do it but I still do it wrong please help I am trying my best to fix it but I still can’t I put hours to my train
