I have been going to the gym many years. One girl tried to feed me bs foods. I asked her "do you do this on purpose?" and she said "yes, i'm not confident because you are in far better condition than i am" That was so honest answer that even 10 years later it makes me respect the honesty. What a childish reason but not many of them are that honest.

I feel like the most common occurrence men deal with is letting a girl they’re into derail them. If you build a routine as a single man, be it gym, running, rock climbing etc, don’t ever compromise on that. A woman needs to compliment, not complicate your life.

Some I fully agree, some I have nuances. The family thing, when it's a been a while and it's serious, if she is a family gal, what exactly is wrong in meeting the family? Not everything is grind and money. And it can be eye opening to meet them, plus if you have them liking you it's a plus. As for wasting our time and having us spend money on things we wouldn't, while almost all women will do that (they are crazy spenders and time wasters!), the test is seeing if she does that maliciously/because she is shallow/etc. or if she does it with a naïve good heart.

EYES WIDE OPEN BOY. I used to be on KZread back in the RSD Tyler days and even though he got hate I felt like he had pretty good content. Since him I have seen Stef, AMS, etc but this channel is definitely the best one that I have seen thus far. What I like about it is that you don't approach it like some of the redpill dudes that almost hate women, you are just imparting knowledge in how they are. You should not hate someone or something for just running their own programming, just learn what it is. Cause you are not good looking to her, If you are good looking to your partner, they will be 100% submiissive. A good way to test is never leave the house with her for a week or two. If she starts wanting to leave with your permission. It means she doesnt view you as attractive, "symettrical face" She will do anything to ensure you deliver beutiful offspring to her.

I don’t agree how you put it. Overall it’s confidence. If you grew up in a childhood where you did not get enough love from your parents it’s makes you insecure and it come out as trauma until it’s healed but for the most part I do agree but you missing the mental health apart.
