So, in the first project, the motor keeps on while in 'lock' position, draining the battery quicker and eventually unlocks itself by the spring tension when the battery dies.

Es verdad. Estaria bueno. O sería mejor que el motor destrabe el sistema.... el cambio no es necesario ya que hay un resorte que lo vuelve cuando se corta la corriente

For those who want to be able to re enter their house, these projects has a lot of problems, specially the first (I didn't watch any more) in closed position the motor is powered all the time = bye bye motor and or bye bye battery = you are fucked...
