I have shaghaf oud and I really enjoy it ! I also wear Oud bouquet that I really love and yes I would say this is a good dupe for Oud bouquet. It reminds me a lot of Velvet rose and oud from Jo Malone too. Now I want to try more from the brand. Maybe Layali or Casablanca ...

Omg! I bought 3 already to add to my huge collection. And- Casablanca is beautiful, the Oud, the one in the gold bottle that suppose to smell like Oud Bouquet, that’s amazing and I’m waiting in Florence. What a perfume house. Well, done.

Oh wow I thought I was the only one who couldn't tolerate Oud Bouquet. All I got was that dirty rubber smell as well, it was so overpowering and unfortunately it lasted so long I couldn't get rid of it. It almost made me sick. It was literally the only perfume I ever returned. I was amazed more people didn't have this reaction. Love your videos btw!

Hi Sarah, beautiful video of your introduction to Swiss Arabian 💕. Thank you for sharing it. I love Swiss Arabian and I have about 9 or 10 including the CPO. If you like gourmand and sweet scent, you might want to try Royal Mystery, I love RM to layer with their Oud fragrance like Wajd, Shagaf and many others or just wear RM by itself. Its yummy 😋

Thinking of getting the Layali CPO but it is a blind buy and I'm on the fence. Would you recommend it?

I blind bought Shaghaf Oud and was blown away at the power and longevity of this beautiful scent for the price point. Really curious to try more from this house now, so thanks for the video!

Cole Everhart You might want to try the sample packs on the Swiss Arabian site. Then you don’t have to blind buy.

I love Middle Eastern perfumes Maison Francis Kurkdjian who created the famous 540 it's a middle eastern fragrance it's been known to the Middle East for over a hundred years but thanks to Maison Francis Kurkdjian who introduced it to the world in 2015.

I really like Florence. A lovely Rose light Oud. I got it mixed with Ragba, which is absolutely for very experienced deep Oud lover, although I really like Lancôme’s Oud. Shagaf Oud is way too strong for me, I guess I need more sweetness. I love Casablanca. Oud Carmel apple for sure. To each his own. Also love Layla perfume spray. The bottle is too die for. I am going to get it for a friend for her birthday because she collects perfume bottles. I don’t know if she will like the scent but know she will love the bottle. Swiss Arabian Inara is a lighter feminine Oud with Rose and vanilla; better for hotter weather.

That's exactly what happened to me with Oud Bouquet! It even triggered a migraine and almost made me dislike all other fragrances that slightly resemble it. So I'm trying to take it slow now. I love Casablanca! One of my all time faves!

I just bought the 40 sample set as I have Shagaf Oud and Shagaf aswad but now I’m really interested in the Casablanca, Florence, Valencia, and the Al shela 😅. I couldn’t decide on which ones to buy so I figured sampling them would be the best. Sometimes I think a perfume will be great on me and a lot of times when I blind buy I either love the smell but it doesn’t last on my skin or I end up hating it.

Shaghaf oud is my favorite perfume by far. I also have Florence, which reminds me of Mancera roses vanille a lot but stronger and at a much lower price. I have just purchased Casablanca and I love it too. Greetings from Madrid.

Sarah Mayes I wish you did too. ❤️ I have two near my home. One is Souq and one is Al-Medina. I lose my mind in there. They also carry Al-Rehab roll on fragrances. Those are so inexpensive. I’ll send you pics next time I go. The perfume bottles in Souq are stunning.

I love Casablanca, too! Swiss Arabian offers sample packs of their perfumes and concentrated perfume oils. That’s a great way to try a lot of their offerings and they usually have coupon codes on their site. Their customer service is great. They gave me a bunch of free samples with my last purchase on Black Friday.

I'm a plum lover and am very curious about Layali (my curiosity started when you first featured it in a previous video 😁). Would you say the plum takes any prominence, or is it more of the clean laundry smell you mentioned? Btw, thanks for giving us a cheaper, less oudy version of Oud Bouquet. 👍

Shaghaf oud is fantastic! I got soooooo many compliments on it! I purchased mine from the marina group on ebay And they sent me a ton of samples! I smelled each and every one of them and absolutely love them all at this point! I've only been able to try two on at the present time and 1 of them was Casablanca! The other 1 was Mutamayez if I'm not mistaken and they were fantastic!

Hi there! Lasting power is a good 8-10 hours. Sillage is good for about the first 6 hours and then it starts wearing closer but it’s a really good performing fragrance. I spray liberally. ❤️

Girl!!! They last forever...shagaf oud is one of my favorites. I wear layali and musk malaki as a base for my perfumes...you gotta try wajd so good for the colder months and hamsah for the hotter months

@@troecurov3 wajd is unisex and is very nice. As far as the other selections for men I am not too sure as my husband does not wear oud. They offer samples though and usually with your order will add extras

Is Cassablanca a summery fragrance or is it more for winter. I have Florence, is casablanca sweater than Florence?

Hi there! I think Casablanca is about as sweet as Florence. It could probably be worn in summer but I think it’s best suited for fall/winter. ☺️

I just ordered Casablanca and curious to smell that and i am also planning to order Florence. What is the difference between Shaghaf Oud and Florence? I am not a big fan on Shaghaf Oud, it smells like cheap attar to me.

Hi there! Florence is much sweeter and not as deep/dark as shaghaf oud. It’s lighter/fruitier. I like it better than shaghaf. ❤️

I have Majestic Woods by Juicy Couture it is too heavy can you suggest another fragrance to layer with this to bring the Oud down. It's very masculine.

Sarah Mayes Good Morning 🌞 Sarah! I received my samples for Shaghaf/Florence/Casablanca and I’m so happy I ordered them before I blind bought them. I am absolutely in love with Florence ❤️ and not so much with shaghaf. At first I liked it...it had a warm vanilla oud scent...but there is something else in it that is odd and I can’t pin what it is. I like oud...I really like it in Alien Oud Majesteaux...but in Shaghaf it’s a little rancid for my taste. Casablanca was pleasant, but Florence was divine! I’m going to order a full size. Thanks for the help!

Hi there! I don’t get the scent of grapefruit at all. I think it contributes to the really bright opening but this smells like apple, caramel and oud. It’s stunning. 😊🙏🏻❤️

I got my Casablanca today from Fragrancex but the juice is not dark like yours. So now I'm worried. It smelled really good, don't get me wrong but I'm confused to why mine had a much lighter juice inside

Florence is more rose and lighter ...shagaf oud is more oud. I have both and they are both very different

Hi there! I totally agree with Joy. Florence is heavier on the rose, lighter and sweeter than Shaghaf Oud which is heavier on the oud and less sweet with less rose. They are different enough that having both wouldn’t be like having 2 bottles of the same perfume.🥰🙏🏻❤️

Do you prefer florence or shaghaf oud? I prefer a perfume that is less “oudy” please lmk :)

They are. I am pretty certain that when you order on amazon they are coming from the Swiss Arabian US website. There is a question on amazon where someone asked that and the seller responded as such. I hope that helps!

Hi There!! These two are quite sweet so it would depend on your taste. If you are someone who likes to wear things that lean masculine I don’t think these would be for you but if you don’t mind sweet with a touch of oud/apple/rose then I think you would enjoy them. ❤️

After watching this video last week I bought Layali spray fro FragranceX. It’s not sweet or floral at all! I absolutely hate it!,,

Resala is considered a magnificent fragrance, loved by so many. Even the reviews here on YT, amazing how many love it. So I bought a decanted sample, OMG.... OUD explosion. I just don't get it, to me all I smell is the oud, and none of the notes everyone raves about. What is wrong with me
