My wife and I spent 2 weeks there in 1985. Such a magical place ! I shall never forget being moored off Stromboli at night watching the fireworks from the Volcano. Always meant to return but never got around to it. However, this video was the next best thing. Thank you Bruno !

Amazing video. Real joy to watch. We went to Sicily and Aeolian islands two years ago. We visited Lipari, Vulcano, Panarea and Stromboli. Your video brings back so many beautiful memories.

I was always interested in the aeolian islands so I really enjoyed your video. I actually wish there was more to see. Italy is a beautiful country and I will be happy if you show us more of it and not just its mountains. 😃

Absolutely brilliant. Wonderful places. I always wanted to see an active volcano and etna and stromboli were at the top of my lists with Vesuvius as a poor third. . The Aeolian Islands are from your video an extraordinary place to fulfil my ambition. Excellent!

Video molto bello. The place is fantastic, and so are your drone shots in particular. Spent 3 hollidays there with my kids in the early 2000. Didn't explore it as you did (was more relaxing 😄). The smaller islands (Filicudi, Alicudi) are incredible to explore as well especially with a small boat. It's really a unique place ! Thanks for sharing ;)

Diverso dal solito ma sempre parecchio avvincente! Alla fine io credo che un bel video si possa definire tale per come si racconta una storia e non solo per il luogo in cui si è. La clip di Stromboli col drone (che hai usato anche in copertina) è devastante! Bellissime immagini aeree ma ormai con te siamo abituati bene. PS: abbiamo lo stesso pop-filter 🤣 Grande Bruno! Bruno, thank you for the video! I visited the Aeolian islands twice and wish to return again. But one question regarding Stromboli. When I was there back in 2019 there were crowds of people ascending the summit in the evening to see erupting volcano in the dusk. All with the guides, wearing helmets. I'm not sure it was allowed to go up on your own. But in your video there are no people at all. How is this possible? Has mass tourism stopped after the 2019 eruption, or this is just cameraman mastery? :-)

After the eruption you’re not allowed to go on top anymore… you can only go to the lower viewpoints!

hi very nice video. it inspire me a lot (planig similar trip but longer). would like to ask you how did you do with Camping becouse i found that is in italy forbiden wild Camping or i also found other information that is ok if you do just over night and the you leave. do you know any place where i can find more info? thank you

Haha well, it depends on the season! I was there 2 weeks ago and it was warm, but not super hot. Pretty enjoyable :)

As usual, one only could crawl and beg forgivness for being on the same earth as Maestro Bruno Pisani, whose videomaking and hiking skills put ordinary human beings to shame.
