Gaku, the first movement in the 2nd clip, where it descends into the circle of guys...clearly done with the Max but what kind of movement is involved there? Is it on a pole facing up above head height and then lowered between them or??? Been watching it on loop for weeks on IG!

It's on a regular go pro monopod and is slowly raised from above head height down to about chest height
