How can I use Alphabet 'frames' with one image so that the letters over the image with only that portion of the image showing. Sorry if that isn't clear.

On step one....stencil....How did you get the circle to start with ? I didn't see you click anything

I’ve just hit C to add a circle - it’s a shortcut. Alternatively, you can go to Elements, scroll to Shapes and choose a circle.

I have been batttling with making the images equal with frame😭 not getting same shape

im trying to find the effects tab because i need to make a white outline and i know how but the effects tab dissappeared and nowi only see 'position'

It should definitely be there! Are you selecting a text box or an image that looks like text? Otherwise, it may be admin options on your account if you’re a part of a team.
