Pandora's death wasn't confirmed. We don't know if Pandora woke up before Yami Yugi beat Malik the next day (Malik freed the ones he was controlling). Pandora did lose blood from the saw so there is a chance he was unconscious for at a day. It's a potential death that's unconfirmed. There are far more brutal deaths in the manga like the escaped convict getting burned alive (censored in the original Toei anime) and Thief Bakura using Diabound to obliterate the group of men that were bothering him while he was eating. There was blood scattered across the pages. (Not adapted obviously by the anime staff even though the manga was finished)
The death that I thought was the most sad 😢 was kites

It created a lot of iconic moments, but it really feels disrespectful to the original work. So I can completely agree on that.

Remember Toei and Gallop ruined a lot of this series before 4kids touched Yugioh. 4kids just added more fuel to the fire.
