5 Best credit cards for new immigrants to Canada

Hey guys,
in this video, I am revealing my 5 TOP picks for new credit cards for new immigrants to Canada.
Any newcomer to Canada, once you reside in Canada and have a valid SIN number, you can obtain a credit card, even without an established credit score. There are many options out there, but you can obtain a credit limit up to $15,000 with your first credit card once approved.
Having a credit card as a newcomer to Canada and using it regularly is one of the fastest ways to build up your credit history and create a good credit score as well. Further down the road, you’re going to purchase a car, get a interest free loan on your furniture or get a mortgage, the first think everyone does in order to approve you is looking up your credit score. Because this reflects how responsible you are with your finances in general and how you approach all your financial obligations.
I am going through all 5 picks with their pros and cons including all cash back options they offer.
Thanks for watching guys, if you find value in this video, please support it by hitting the like button and subscribing to my channel:)

Thank god I found your video, this is precisely what I needed. Most videos only focus on cahsback, but I'm interested in credit cards with higher limits since when I move into Canada I'm gonna have to buy lots of things (furniture, appliances, etc) and I want to pay with a credit card to improve my credit score. What are usually the requirements to get approved for a Cashback Mastercard RBC or Momentum Visa from Scotiabank as a new immigrant? PS: you won a subscriber, great video!

Is that true that better don't spend more than 1/3 from ur cradit card to "boost" ur credit score? Or it doesn't matter?

Hey, it doesn't matter how much you spend from your CC limit in order to boost your credit score. What really matters beside other factors that the CC is paid in full before the statement date every month , or at least 90% 💪
