The low camera angle on foot and ball really helps to illustrate how a pass should be performed. With your verbal descriptions really helps. Excellent video!

I’ve been using similar variations of this with my U-13 team. I always encourage the second touch when it’s needed. I’d rather them take the second touch than give a bad pass with a one time pass.

Excellent, Gentlemen! Drill 5 is best for the direction in which to protect the ball for the opposition. I use a similar approach with an additional cone behind Joner. This way they get a bit of extra fitness as they peddle backwards around the cone and then receive the ball from the middle as they move forward again!!!!! Cheers guys.
