To keep your skin healthy, what worked for me: In the morning, cleanse your face thoroughly. Use mild gentle face wash only such as the riceberry facewash by littleexttra and then follow with moisturizing your face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Do not overcleanse your face. Limit washing to once in the morning and once before bedtime. Ensure to moisturize your face throughout the day. Additionally, remember to apply sunscreen even when indoors. The white patches in skin occur when your skin is already dry and due to the exposure from sun. Thus, it's essential to prevent dry skin and protect it from harsh sun exposure.

I use honey and rose water with that turmeric face mask..it is really effective and I use lukewarm water or cold water to wash it down. It is really effective for reducing marks and brightens the skin. These tips are amazing. Thank you Glamrs❤️ Edit: I use to put lemon on my face b4. But later I heard its bad for the skin. So I quit using any acid substance on my face. Also I have learned that ice cubes is harsh on face in long run. So I edited it to lukewarm water.

Here is my take on nivea milk delight range...I m using it for last 1 month...And i absolutely in love with it! For last few days I m having dry patches around my mouth and some other areas! Maybe because of the sudden changes in weather! So i choose the rose water one for sensitive skin! And it never disappointed me! Though i would not say that this is very very very moisturising but it is 200% true that it won't make your face dry further! I mean it does it job amazingly! And as a student to b very honest buying some high end face wash is not my cup of tea! So overall this one is my winter mate for now!

I have acne marks on my face and black heads too. I even did my treatment from a dermatologist buy it wasn't quite effective. Also my skin is oily. Can you tell me what should i try?

@@bharathi9863 i got acne starting three years ago. I tried many homemade ideas but they were of no use. So we consulted a dermatologist and he prescribed some tablets and creams for applying. It reduced the acne a lot but black heads started appearing. Then i quit that. Now i am using just a regular facewash. And mask of gram flour+milk+honey is very effective tho. I think cleansing reduces marks to some extent too.
