Just hard stuff. There are simpler ways to do all these jobs without all this unnecessary hassle.

You are right! Du hast Recht! Nr 1 geht genauso mit dem Parallelanschllag der Kreissäge. Nr 2 mit einer einfachen Leiste als Hilfsabschlag an der Bandsäge. And so on

On the feather board one, I would keep the feather board forward of the blade altogether. That way the pressure isn’t pushing a thin scrap onto the blade. It wants to be pressing before the cut and into just the fence. Not pressing the work that has been cut onto the blade. Just my opinion.

Interesting - - - pushing the off cut against the blade. Well Better you than me I guess.

How this guy still has all fingers. First using bare hands with a tiny piece on the router. Then the hacked up feather board right against the blade.

The simplest feather board is to use an old broom head or dustpan head.

9:43 hmmm i wouldn't say it's the most straight cut since that jig is moving toward the fence

Interesting options, the cleverest were the feather boards. I love the idea of the clothes pins, but the PVC pipe slices probably handle more pressure. Thanks!

A classic feather board is easier and faster to make than using clips of pvc pipe or spring clothes pins.

Very nice. Especially the featherboards in #3 & #5 are genius. BTW, for the #5 what size PVC pipe did you use? Thanks in advance.

    I would say 40mm. 20 cm board divided by 5 = 4 cm. or 40mm (1 1/2") hope this helps you mate

Not that much work, I made the last one at home, took 1.5 hours of fun, bought nothing. Love it. So easy. Cut the tube holes in one piece with a joke saw, then cut down the middle to make the two plates. Used one hole sawn offcut piece as a nut for the adjuster.
