My suggestion (from personal experience) 1. Ojasvita Malt Health Drink(no added sugar) 2. Heal Cream- works on rashes, cuts, burns. 3. Shakti Drops- very easy way to increase immunity - simply add to water (also herbs are certified organic) 4. Sudanta toothpaste - no fluoride and the gel variant does not have SLES. 5. Madhukari Herbal Tea- no caffeine. Tastes very nice especially once you add some jaggery and some lemon.

Vivek, I truly admire and appreicate your work for the fact that you are straight to the point, speak your heart open and genuine in what you cover. More because it helps many people who look for genuine products with value for money combined. But I always have this doubt. How much should we trust the listed ingredients on all these products? How sure are we that they have not missed anything or have not hidden anything in the ingredients list? Is that possible? Can you please clarify on these? Is 'understanding only the listed ingredients' on the label enough to decide on the authenticity of the product? This is not to question your work, surely not because I am also one of those consumers who go by many of what you say. But I am just trying to clarify my mind that has this question. Please do not ignore this comment.

I have been in the Isha Center in Tennessee, an amazing place. We stayed 3 days and was not nearly enough. Very spiritual and recharging place and I am looking forward to come back for longer.

It is checked by the governing body.. eg. if it is consumed (eaten) it is checked by fssai.. fake labels can get their license cancelled
