Did you tour this house before? There were a couple of features that we remember from seeing this house before (video wall, lego room, etc). Very thoughtful design, beautiful house. We loved how much storage was built in. And the bedrooms are so nice and roomy!

Bet is a beautiful house

Wow! I love the "horse" bedroom, and that primary is all you said it would be. Just an observation from watching these, almost none of the laundry rooms are set up so you can hang clothing you aren't folding. I guess the designers figure they look better with lots of cabinets and sinks. Or do most people actually take the laundry somewhere else, bedrooms, to fold/hang? Thanks for sharing this house, May be my new favorite. (How many times have I said that?)

Hi Mark, yes most people hang the clothes in their closets in the bedrooms. I even fold and hang them while in the bedroom not laundry room, even though my laundry room is a decent size. That way I can watch TV while I am doing the folding ;). This one is going to be tough to beat. Most of the homes we have in queue are smaller homes than this one, but hopefully I can get some listing agents to let me film their listings in the near future and show even nicer homes than this one....Thanks for watching! Amazing home ! Almost same specs when compared to the one that you showed about a month ago ! I like this one more , the layout and the backyard is better in my opinion . But I would not hesitate if someone Gave me the other one though ! 😂 Love from Gujarat, India 🇮🇳

I would have serious doubts even at 4M specially with those metal pipes coming out like that on the side of the swimming pool …major building fail in my opinion!

Usually not. But you can show any builder this video and they should be able to get an idea of the layout, and make a few changes to make it their own.

Lots of people from NY and California moving here. Some of the people I've met are people who own IT companies, NYT Best selling authors, sports and movie personalities, business owners that have very successful businesses. and even doctors and attorneys. To me it seems the ones who do the best are the ones who have their own companies or have a lot of talent. I just enjoy filming these homes :) Thanks for watching! Mike.
