No, yn needed to be imprisoned for manipulation, setting up fake crime scenes, fake witnesses, playing tactics on him like a cunning women, for his emotional loss, for separation of his from his family, for making him live under complete hell for years, for making him question himself everyday, and if tae wasn't emotionally strong and if he sucided, then for killing an innocent man and last but not the least, imprisoning of an innocent man (even if she didn't knew it, she first should have confirmed by herself if Taehyung really r*ped her yara or not) so she really deserved the imprisonment time.
