soul link and grimoire of sacrifice gives an additional 20% health buff too, on top of dps boost and the 2% health regen.

Haste acctually is a very good key. when you CC melee, you can cast spells suchs as Chaos bolt before you leap back and spam fel flame in a matter of 2 seconds

My source is the current icyveins.com stat priority listing for destruction, which is kept up to date from patch to patch. Basically, Haste is slightly better for single target, and Mastery is slightly better for multi-target. Preach simply hasn't updated the video for 5.3 changes.

/cast Havoc /targetlasttarget This is a havoc macro i use, you simply manual target another mob you want to cleave, hit the macro, it drops havoc on your current target, but takes you back to your original target. Less clicking/tab targetting essentially.

havok shadowburn op. imagine an add is below 20% HP & the boss is not. get 3 embers & your CDs ready, havok the boss & than tripple burn the add & the boss gets those 3 as well. superawesome

Because, as of 5.0.4, expertise also boosts the chance to hit for casters. He's using expertise to reach the hit cap

It's probably just that it's so close it's rounding. I don't honestly know how that works at that point, but that's what it sounds like. It could also be that the boss naturally has a flat dodge chance or a graphical error.

This video seems to be out of date for 5.3. As of this post: 1. Grimoire of Supremacy is generally better, especially in 5 mans/AoE situations. Grimoire of Sacrifice -does not- buff spells cast with Fire and Brimstone. 2. Haste and Mastery are roughly equal depending on the fight and Crit is the lowest priority.

ive noticed when in raids on my lock,if they wipe its uaualy us locks who stay alive right till then end,its not always but its what i see mostly

I'm a little confused here. I have 2,690 hit on my destro lock and it says that I have 0.00% chance that I will miss on 93 and above but very rarely I notice I miss especially on my havoc + chaos wave. Is my hit cap so close that it just rounds to 0% miss or is something else going on?

Go with haste if you wanna do less damage but faster damage or go crit to do slower damage but high damage = both ends up the same

Word of advice to Warlocks out there, don't use Dark Bargain against Retribution Paladins. It only makes their burst hurt even more. You have to at least time it wisely if you use it.

if i use dark soul on CD the glyph is useless right? since it only provides the % when its off cd.

destro is actually one of the better specs w/ afflic and demo nerfs plus I never see any other locks on top of bgs

According to some other guides on the internet, 'grimoire of supremacy' is better for destruction warlock than 'grimoire of sacrifice'. Now what is right?

I have a problem, my item lvl is 80, yet i only do around 50k dps, sometimes only 40, :S Yet i use ''The'' correct rotation, Immolate, Conf, Incinerate, and i only start using my chaos bolts when i'm buffed (By trinkets) or when i've capped burning embers. What am i doing wrong? I would like some specific advice, as i am tired of people simply yelling, ''U SUX!'', i honestly have no idea what i'm doing wrong.

hey i have a question. My lock is at lvl 56 if i look at ur vids ur chaos bolt and other skills have a faster flying animation. For me the skills take forever to hit a mob. When does that change?

I would imagine that that may have something to do with the haste rating...

Thats why I ask. Cause i thought, that the haste rating only increases the cast time and not the animation time.

Kevin Knoll I believe it's one of our passive skills, procs with Conflagrate, decreasing cast time of C.Bolt/Incinerate.

When you CHAOS BOLT for you it leaves debuff on the target which deals i tihnk 20% DoT of what your CHAOS BOLT just hit why isnt that doing it for me (im level 85)

How exactly is Crit the lowest priority considering CB is your main nuke? Your main objective as destro is basically the same as mages. High crit damage output for burst dps.

With soul link and grim of sac you gain 20% extra hp and 2%hp regen every 5 seconds Single target dps Grim of Sup is beter with a haste>Crit>Mast build (debatable where you can line up cds with your chaos bolts) ANY CLEAVE fight Grim of Sac is better Mastery>Crit>Haste Mannoroth's fury is really god since 5.1 where RoF can build embers REALLY quickly Glyph of Dark Soul? Pretty sure we just use it on cd?
