It's not as if it was one or two boxes; the photos appear to show 50 boxes or perhaps even more. CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS need to be LOGGED OUT. Further, when a President is leaving office, the packing should be monitored. In the past, perhaps it was an honor system, but CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS should NEVER be on an honor system.
