Love it. If I could get a small part of land I would want this.

It would be great to see a 5 m x 9 meter house with 2 bedrooms upstairs. we have a mountain view . Our spot is 9 meters wide and 125 m long , but we can have only a 5 m x 9 m two storey building . East - West direction. With a big lounge for quests with full mountain view. That would be great - I really like your designs :-)

Love your designs!! 💖 can I request for a MUJI Japanese inspired 7x7 2 floor house, 2 bedrooms, 2 T&B, with high ceiling, and covered balcony that is not connected to any bedroom!! Estimated cost sana is from 1.5 to 2 million. If possible po sana, lahat ng doors sliding door bukod sa t&b, front door at back door. Thanks and more power to you 🥰

This is neat. For a single person it would be interesting to see living area upstairs with full windows all around, kitchen area and a comfy couch. Downstairs a fold out bed with a living room area for any guests. Folding table / chairs for dinner upstairs. :) I like to eat while on my computer in the chair, but have view from up top. Just a thought, might not be so great once I see it though.

This my new goal find a small peice of land and build this exact place with a lil room for washer n drier so it's not in the bathroom. This is all ide need for my daughter and me. Than when she's older I'll convert her room to a art room. I could probably do it all for less than 100 grand .

Hello, i don't sell it, I just design, draw and share it for free on this channel.. If you want to build like this, it's better to contact an architect and engineer. They will help you for construction. The estimation is based on Philippines price list. Not Europe or US. The price will depend on the country And It's the price to build it by your own , not company. Wish you the best.
