Hey guys the steep is not a problem, problem is the driver , just a bit of advice , select 4 low ,put gear number 2 , change in seconds to 3 same time gear 4 then pedal flat , if you want to pass the steep us gear two I bet you will never make it , gear 2 on 4 low is very powerful so your vehicle will only dig itself down . Try the method and don't engage diff lock

This is a nice hobby. Should be well planned and organised. The bakkies are all good for off roading. Driver skills are important

Please consider some 4x4 training. There are so many injuries/deaths here waiting to happen. This stuff is fun, but accidents happen very quickly with all the dangers.

Awesome event and glad okes had fun. But please spend some time on safe recovery practices. At 2:20 a driver is attempting to recover a vehicle using the towbar ball. If the Ball snaps off it becomes lethal. People have been killed like this.

2:42 We really need to educate ourselves safely recovery way to avoid any accidents worse even lose of life. You can now recover a vehicle from a tow bar, you are putting strain on that tow bar because it’s not meant to be put under so much pressure hence every 4x4 needs to be fitted with recovery points. We thank God the rope snapped becouse had that tow bar snapped it would have become an instant bullet for the driver of the Jeep or any bystanders, and the way people stand around that rope with does not even have a safety blanket over it ….. let learn to do things the right way for safety. Otherwise very nice and well organized event. Keep up the good work

Extremely dangerous - especially that joke of a tow strap recovery. Accident waiting to happen. And people would have a lot better luck getting up the hills if they aired down properly. It’s all fun and games until it isn’t.
