the parking attendant needs to take pics of cars as proof of parking offences then sends them to office to go on record that the cars have commited parking restrictions. regardless if supercar or not still has to do same procedure

The reason they park there is to park.. they know they will get a fine but it is cheaper than parking... also the fine to these people is about 10 minutes work to them... complete waste of time. The food they are eating In The Clarence is probably 10 times more expensive than the ticket...

It's still a display of arrogance and ignorance on the part of the drivers. Irrespective of whether they can afford to pay the fines, they are parked in spaces that obstruct the flow of traffic, especially the last car on double yellow lines at the entry to the road.
