FYI you can turn away from the light and take no damage from it in addition to hiding behind the pillars on Bunnidhogg. It allows you to get much closer.

fun fact! I only discovered this the one time I ever fought The Maker (because screw Barkenstien), but occasionally she can roll a Natural 1 (critical fail in D&D) and that ended the fight for me. Similarly, she can roll a Natural 20 (Positive crit) and do, as far as I can tell, unavoidable damage

I can understand how frustrating is can be to have the quality of a recording drop. But the way you presented the video overall was incredibly well done. Very well laid out and you explained everything very clear and concisely. Very good work! I look forward to seeing more Wonderlands videos.

Excellent video. I've held off watching any vids about these bosses till now. Having just unlocked the Chaos Chambers, I decided it was time to check this out. These bosses look crazy! Looks like you'd have to be seriously impressive to beat a single one. Granted, I'm running a full melee spec so it would probably be a lot easier if I was focusing on spells / guns.

Something important to note with these bosses that I found out the hard way was they all count as one encounter. I had the curse that gives enemies immunity to one damage type per encounter which was dark magic for me which was my main damage type which turned a 30 minute chaos chamber run into about an hour and half to two hours

Yep, i didn't expect a raid boss mechanic coming into this game, not just shooting a spongy raid boss. just like raid encounters in destiny which kinda requires brain power to do.

Interesting. For the poisonous guy i found that if you just run back wards when he attacks you, it’s fine, he’ll usually miss. Also if you have the ability to heal and/or refill your ward. You don’t need to pop those spores (didn’t know you could) you can run in the outside perimeter as well as through. Usually turning around to shoot him when you have enough space, tho shooting the spores would probably be smarter. There’s the liquid coolant pistol that’d likely be perfect for that task and probably white rider works too. I have invested more into ward and healing. I’m a gloombringer so i heal on low cd multi charged spell casts with 5 pts into via bonus and I recover 50% of my ward every 5.2 seconds from an amulet. My ward is just the fattest ward i can find at a natural 6k+ hp amount.

If you're impatient, you can immediately shoot Tina and that will skip her dialogue and start the raid boss fight faster.

@@TheImpatientGam3r sure but raid bosses with mechanics is a new thing. Bl3 had some mechanics in its raid bosses but nothing like this.

Unlike the two others, Barkenstein does seem to atleast take normal amounts of damage, and shooting his runes to counter his attacks isn't *super* necessary from my experience fighting him. I actually enjoy all three of the bosses a lot. The only fight i don't enjoy is The Maker tbh, because theres so much happening at the final parts of the fight that you cant keep on top of it, and ironically the fight can go much easier or harder depending on what tina rolls, such as a nat one which i believe deals a lot of damage to her, or a nat twenty, which is a nigh unavoidable attack thats booped us off the platform before, as well as the fact her attacks can start to quickly stack making little to no room to combat her on.

Here’s a tip if you’re playing graveborn and spellshot. Spect to the skill that gives health every time you use a spell. I suggest using an arcane bolt with low cooldown and a buffmaister (because you know why) if you have a high crit chance your arcane bolt (does not have to be dark magic but can if you need more healing) will be back within a second or two if you hit a crit making it where your healing is very fast. Also having a very fast reload weapon (e.g the masterwork handbow ) and spec into the skill in spellshot that gives some shield back with every reload. This will make it where your shield is can tank a little bit of damage and can save you a little with health gates.

@@morphprolix9727 most of my build comes from graveborn kill skills. It makes my character really hard to kill. I have thought about switching over to more spellshot but honestly that class is just too busted to even be fun really

For the Bunnidhogg fight, I'd recommend getting some kind of Vengeance modifier (Frost, Healing, Spectral), or another curse that spawns something you can kill, during the trial. If you go down during the fight, you can use these to get a Death Save.

I don’t feel enough enemy spawn in. It makes it annoying when in FYI and the time it take for enemies to finally spawn takes forever.

tiny tina's wonderlands is definitly the best borderlands they ever made just need a 50 cap level and it would be perfect

Gameplay is definitely an improvement story is above average still not bl2 tho but bl2 is hard to beat the dungeons and dragons theme really helps them broaden their imagination when it comes to skills weapons and boss fights tho I’m already hyped for the dlc’s the endgame alone is just such an improvement in so many ways with the roguelike grind to keep things changing and NOT HAVING TO BEAT THE GAME 2-3 TIMES

@@alexandrevaz-filion783 You don't need to play wonderlands over again often. You can just respec, repayablilty only matters if you want 2 entire different combos. Also this game isn't worth the repayablitly unlike any other BL game. If the loot Dice we're account wide and not per character then I'd say it's definitely 3rd best and that's without DLC, no matter what though they'll never make a better game the BL2.

If the raid bosses had dedicated unique pearlescent drops and you could fight them classic style like BL1/BL2 once you beat them once then that would be a pretty solid endgame.

how do you get all 3 runes to spawn in a single run?? I have yet to see the blue one at all.

If you die to one of them, do you lose the loot bunny room?

I find bunnidhogg to be the easiest. Edit: also for the claw attack on Barkenstein, just duck under it. the boss mechanics for this one are alot like the Banshee (poison fog, jumping, and ducking)

From what I’ve heard from other creators, they are all 3 guaranteed in the featured run. Not sure if extended works too though.

I didn't even know this game had raid bosses

I am a spellshot/graveborn using dual Laser Hands with Ambihextrous. I (can, RNG dependent because I need blast gasp to proc) one shot both Bunnidhog and Gloopathoth when they throw up their runes, worst case scenario it's a 2 shot (that's 2 fully charged double casts for a total of 4 casts). Barkenstein is by far the hardest on that build, because managing the sports is difficult. Generally, I just try to clear out a small corner for myself, and accept the fact that I'm going to get downed and also probably die at least once while fighting him. But when I land my lasers on his runes, he takes BIG damage. Not the same as Bunnidhog and Gloopathoth, but given how otherwise annoying this boss is to fight conventionally, still not bad.

5:14 The Gloopathoth Boss Isn’t Immune To Damage At The Start Of The Fight. It Can Be Damaged But You’d Need A Good Build And Strong Spell/Gun To Do Any Decent Damage. But Yes, If This Is Your 1st Time Fighting This Boss And You Are Not Max Level, Don’t Have A Decent Build, Don’t Have A Strong Gun/Spell, It Is Recommended Saving Your Bullets Until You Reveal The Bosses’ WeakPoint 👍

Do they always drop those? I've fought two bosses don't remember getting anything good. Also the first time I did a a chaos chamber run / the tutorial my crystals gave tons of gold. Almost all gold. But now i get mostly purple with 2000 crystals and usually one or two blues of I give anything below 500

Can I ask what was the gear you were using and build fighting bunnidhogg ?

This was just a random brr-reaver build. I’m working on a frost-shivver build right now and that will be what I post next. The bosses in this video were killed at a low chaos rank so anything really worked.

I was just intrigued by the survivability and ur Health kept going up before u went down and u go in last stand, but then again u were in low chaos lvl so that explains the survivabilty. My spore warden keeps doing dmg but dies quick. Anyway great vid nonetheless

Honestly Barkenstein is my favourite. Love the tight window for the rune break just wish there was more consistency on how to dodge his enraged attacks. Sometimes I feel like turning tail and just running gets me through it.

So is the liquid cooling pistol really that broken? I ran the gauntlet last night on chaos 20 and each boss didn't even get to do mechanics really, all dead in 20 sec or less. Thought they needed to up difficulty but maybe frost build with that pistol is a little too cheese lol

Yeah, liquid cooling even without a frost build trivializes a lot of content. I would expect a nerf in the first patch though. That’s how it was with weapons like the Krakatoa in BL3.

I was hoping that I've been doing Barkenstien wrong but it really is just a long unsatisfying fight lol

Oh there's one other secret for you champ, look for the borderlands logo hidden in some of the levels, they're needed for the "cult of the dragon lord" achievement

did you know that you can jump on these mushroom enemies to kill them, just like in super mario games? i laughed so hard as i found out about this xD

If we just had lillith tell us when the lava was rising

Here's a build for you champ, the Brrr-Reaver. It's an awesome room clearer. Nukes mobs, mini bosses and makes quick work of most boss fights, while making you virtually immortal. Take Graveborn main, Brr-Zerker 2nd. Spec points to fill up the following essentials: Brr-Zerker - 3 Unyielding, 5 Old Ways, 1 Unarmored Defense, 5 Ancient Fury, with 6 points of your choosing. Graveborn - 5 Mortal Vessel, 3 Sanguine, 3-5 Dark Pact/0-2 Harvest, 5 Stain of the Soul, and 3 Dark Hydra. Use the remaining points to suit your play style. The main aim is to increase your max health as much as possible. Use shields that increase max ward even if it reduces HP, Unarmored Defense will change that. Invest Hero and Myth Rank points into maxing out Constitution. Increase spell CD, status effect chance, and Dark Magic Damage. Now just use Dire Sacrifice near large targets or the middle of a room and anything in direct LOS will die instantly. The Dark Hydras will then finish off anything that was hiding behind a box or corner. The Dark magic bleed effect will finish off anything with a higher health pool. Use a multi casting spell to recover health and to speed up Ability CD. Rinse and repeat. The main bosses that this build is weak against is primarily those with a larger ward. Be sure to avoid barrels and to not stand in water when using Dire Sacrifice, the Brr-Zerker will case an ice puddle when in water. That's about it for this build.

What do they drop? Is it even worth doing to begin with!

Glad you think so! I saw a lot of people saying Barkenstein was the toughest without mentioning the stun mechanic. He’s still rough, but at least there’s something we can work with. I still can’t help but feel there is something we are all missing that can do major damage to him though.

@@typervader It definitely feels that way. I highly recommend always picking up a sprint speed and reload buff while doing your chamber run because that is basically the ONLY reason I was able to beat all these bosses, barkenstein especially.

12:22 this might be the case might not be, but I myself have had the game crash twice on me due to "full video card memory". Which is strange as I've never had any issues for anything else in the past. Not even games like 7d2d with maxed out horde night settings have an effect on my rig's performance. But wonderland, I infrequently get frame drops, and I'm forever lossing shift connection, only for it to instantly reconnect over and over again. Maybe you're having a similar processing issue given that you're running recording software as well.

What’s interesting is this happens a lot on ps4 (not exactly a fighter jet but bear with me) in the Chaos Chamber, because it appears to be that when my companion dies, it replicates sometimes. There have been times when I look over and I see dozens of “companions” nebulously in the no-where space of my previous chamber rooms. And that’s slows my frame rate down like crazy.

I'm just disappointed they don't have any exclusive loot(at least they haven't dropped jack for me in the many times I've killed them) feels like it defeats the purpose of having bosses if they don't have exclusive loot.

My issues with all the chamber bosses, even the regular ones is they just take so long to down. I’m running dire sac gravezerker and it’s decent mob damage but does nothing against most bosses.

My spellmancer does some crazy damage with the right spells. But honestly I'm going for a companion build tonight. Love them in ARPGs and I got a gun that spawns hydra, un buffed they melted a normal chaos boss in seconds. Incoming nerf for sure but companions are a fun new addition. I don't know what your skills and loadout is like, but I honestly think your low down time, is your build as a whole, no offense. My friend has only melee killed most bosses, other gun users I play with shred just as fast. Maybe try some other weapons, check your rings and such. ALSO, if you don't read anything else I say. Pro tip, make sure to enchant every item you can. Do not overlook it. From crazy class specific (spellmancer has one where every spell fires extra projectile(think meteor)), or just raw damage. I have 240% poison damage bonus just from enchants. Lastly, even with all the stuff you can use. Don't be a jack of all trades. Specialize into one main element type, but still have the other elements. That and the hero skill points are big, and myth rank points. Many reasons your dmg output could be low, but also many ways to make it way higher

First time I did yellow one I believe and then the blue one. And with the second one I thought I failed because the portals were normal. But then the final chamber was the secret boss wtf. I'm new to the chaos chamber.

Honestly, at the time of recording this I was using brr-reaver and I did NOT have an optimal tree. I was just excited about finding all this out and jumped into it. Heavily relied on graveborn’s action skills for survivability at the time of recording these fights.
