As a Veteran of 26 yrs, thank you for NOT cutting that flag and instead just gently folding it. It’s extremely important, EXTREMELY IMPORTANT We respect our Flag! I wish all of you talented crafters would make mention of this at the beginning of the videos! Anyway, I was on the edge of my seat lol kinda like when you watch a scary movie and in one scene, you’re almost yelling “don’t go in there do not open that door! Do not open that door” lol So I’m saying “omg don’t cut that flag omg do not cut that flag no no!” lol 😂 I loved the metal Star Wreath! I also love the beads but I gotta go with what else? Flag Blue! 🇺🇸Thanks for a great video!

Jennifer, this post made me laugh! First and most importantly I need to thank you for your service! My family and I are extremely grateful for veterans like you and the sacrifices you’ve made for our country. Thank you so much for your heart! I never thought about mentioning the respect we need to have for the flag. I feel the same way you do about not cutting or ripping it. I was raised to respect the flag and be proud of it. I would never intentionally destroy one. If I ever use a flag in one of my tutorials again, I will be sure to mention it because that is a lost lesson these days. Thank you for taking a moment to watch my video and I’m so sorry to give you the scary movie sweats. Lol! Have a wonderful day!

An easy way to paint beads is to put them in a ziplock bag with paint and moosh them around. Start out with a small amount of paint so you don't get too much. You can always add more.

Put a little Mod Podge on the end of twine to make it easier to thread through beads, etc.

This is Miss Dottie I'm 72 years old I've done a lot of crafts if you can spray paint your stars before with a good coat and cover them and you'd only have to do one coat of whatever other color and then your your base coat would not show through like the stars and stripes on the Stars I used base coat paint is a cheap Walmart paint $0.97 a can and white

Hi, good job 👏, for the rust I see some people like Julie design and signs use cinnamon it looks good I personally have not tried it yet, also for beads coloring you can add drops of color in a ziploc bag and put the beads in there and circle them around, all your designs are good my favorites were the mason jars and the beads 👍

I feel like it’s hit and miss and I think you have to go often if you want to see all the cool stuff before people buy it up. I tried that for a little bit but it’s overwhelming to try to go to the store over and over again. Now I’m just trying to use up all the items I’ve accumulated. Lol! Have a great day!

As I was watching your video, I'm just trying to comprehend the madness here. I would personally have purchased the wreath from the store for the $39 that it was listed at because they probably would have had it on sale for another 20 or 25% off. And by time you went through all of this effort and trying to cover up those stars that you painted. Which by the way you can see through your paint job.All those stars and stripes on your project, it would just woluld have been better to buy the wreath flat out with the 20% or 25% discount. Because those things always go on sale.. You would have gotten a better quality piece to last you a lifetime. I am a crafter as well but also practical making this make sense. For the money and time you spent making it for it to turn out the way yours did, you would have spent about the same price. The store wreath was prettier and was well done. Again make it make sense. Just saying no judgment you do you. ❤🎉
