The 5th gen 4Runner air filter replacement is a fairly easy job, but it's always nice to see it done before tackling it yourself. The fifth generation 4Runner SUV goes from model years 2009 to 2024, with a facelift in 2015. Most of them have this V6 engine, so this will be a nearly identical task on a 2010 or a 2020. Here are a bunch of air filter options I've found:

Made in China, same brand as Toyota filters, but different country of origin! Also, the site says this doesn't fit, but reviews say it does.

Made in USA, reusable, but if you're going with K&N, you'll have more fun with their full intake kit.
XA6122 - ECOGARD: amzn.to/3mEG1LB *
Made in China, okay quality. Make sure the better options aren't cheaper than this one (they often are).

Made in USA, reusable. I have no experience with this brand, but have heard good things. Very tempted to try them out, but if I do, I may just get the full kit.
