JOY [조이] She was born in Jeju Island, South Korea. Her real name is Park Soo Young [박수영]. Her nicknames are: Doongdoongie, cute Joy, Malgeumi (bright). Joy graduated at School of Performing Arts Seoul (Acting Arts major). Lead Rapper, Sub Vocalist and Visual of the Group called RED VELVET (레드벨벳). She was not a part of SM Rookies. She appeared in “We Got Married”, where her virtual husband was Sungjae (BTOB). She’s acting in the dramas “The Liar and His Lover” (2017) and “The Great Seducer” (2018). She has had two singles appear on Gaon Digital Chart peaking in their top ten (“Always in My Heart” with Seul-ong in 2016 and “Introduce Me A Good Person” in 2020).
