The Ueda Electric Railway Bessho Line, which was featured in the Japanese Railway Video Vol. 7, has been operating since June 19 with a new wrapping on the 1002F, replacing the previous "Friends with Nature No. 1".
The new wrapping commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Bessho Line and the first anniversary of the recognition of Ueda City as a Japan Heritage Site: "Sacred Land of the Sun and Earth Connected by Ley Lines - Town of Living with Dragons, Shinshu Ueda and Shiodaira."
At the time of the Japanese Railway Video Vol. 7 released in May, 1002F was "Friends with Nature No. 1". (To be honest, I didn't expect it to change its appearance within a month after that.)
Once again, I've been intensively filming the newly wrapped 1002F, which I'll show in this video.
(It was supposed to be a sunny day, but it was cloudy all day, which is a common occurrence in Nagano Prefecture in autumn, so please forgive me.)
