I remember the old rickety far rockaway Boardwalk

I grew up there. Saw those views on foot and on bike rides many, many times. I moved away many years ago. Was a wooden boardwalk back then. Long ago and far away.

When I lived there, yes we had a wooden board walk. If it got too hot on the beach, we could always go under the boardwalk, where it was shady and a whole lot cooler.
