Yes, but you don't get paid in SA rands. When the ANC came into power it was about 3,50Rand /UK£. Now 23Rand/UK£. Micky-mouse currency. No wonder South African "brain drain" has reached catastrophic levels.

Cape Town just judged the 3rd best city in the World. Comes out clear number one if crime rate is excluded. What the judges didn't know is, crime is not an issue in tourist areas, more people stabbed in London than Cape Town in the past five years.

I visited Capetown in 1959 and 1961 while in the US Navy. Fond memories of Capetown. When our ship the USS Jonas Ingram pulled into port there were thousands of people on the pier to greet us. Many of them took us to their homes and fed us a great meal. They made us feel like Kings. I will never forget Capetown.

Harlem is expensive (its in Manhattan after all) and very international. Compton I don’t know about but given its location if it isn’t expensive it will be soon. Coastal California is very expensive. Also crime is low in these areas.

Don't get me wrong or racist. But one thing is that wherever there are whites there is development but not the case with blacks. Nevertheless it is proved by researchers that race has nothing to do with intelligence or creativity. So why is it so? I can't understand. Even check south Africa, they have almost 10-15 % whites their gdp per capita is better than rest of black African countries and also as you increase percentage of whites gdp, development and cleanliness increases and as you lessen them the country becomes dirtier, underdeveloped and poor. Why? Race has nothing to do with it then why? I can't get it.
