【4K】Walking around the Azabudai Hills redevelopment site | Walk Tokyo, Japan

Hey guys, this is "City Sounds".
Thanks for watching.
Let's walk together today!
This time, I went to Azabudai Hills, which is scheduled to open in the fall of this year (2023).
I heard that the main road to the site had opened on July 24, prior to the opening, so I went for a walk.
I had seen the site from the outside several times, but this was my first time from inside the site, so I was able to get a taste of the actual atmosphere ahead of time.
In addition, there were many people working at a rapid pace on the actual site, as there are only a few months left until the opening of the new building.
It was the first time for me to see such a vast and special redevelopment site, so it was very interesting.

many US cities looked like when they first started, remember many of the asian nations are just starting to experience rapid middle class development leading to larger cities. the US is older in that aspect so yeah it looks cleaner now but eventually that growth cant be sustained

@@Krobra91 lol there are loads of other things that exist in the US that dont in Asia, you can start with how ppl behave, the amount of homelessness, the amount of kids born out of wedlock, guns, and a certain group that cannot be named which commits most of the crime

almost no one works from home here lol. This is japan, where meeting in person even for useless harmony meetings is considered respectful and necessary, and being part of the worker bee group is the highest achievement. I worked exactly 20 days from home at the beginning of the pandemic until my company got too antsy and ordered everyone to come back. Welcome to japan...
