I like the beach one, although I would put ads only in the beginning as some people use these to fall asleep, and the ads are too loud.

I have found that there are fake cheaper ones out there. I have purchased 6 bottles from sugardefender.com website at higher cost. I have just finished one bottle and it lasted almost a month. On my 3rd week of taking I have done a blood and urine test and physical check by my doctor and found no side effect as of yet, except I have lost 7 pounds. I am not over weight so I was surprised that I had lost that much within just 3 weeks. My next doctor check up is on 7/19/24 to see if any side effects. At present I am scheduling my doctor check up once a month. It is going well so far. 🙂
