Waikiki also known as Waikiki Beach is a neighborhood of Honolulu on the south shore of the island of Oʻahu in the U.S. state of Hawaii.
Waikiki is most famous for Waikiki Beach, which is one of six beaches in the district, along with Queen's Beach, Kuhio Beach, Gray's Beach, Fort DeRussy Beach and Kahanamoku Beach. Waikiki Beach is almost entirely man-made.
Waikiki (Hawaii) is home to public places including Kapiʻolani Park, Fort DeRussy, Kahanamoku Lagoon, Kūhiō Beach Park and Ala Wai Harbor. Waikiki was the first capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii from 1795 to 1796.

It is a great place to visit.
WOW, stores that are really open, no one rioting and stealing. No drugs or people laying on side walk passed out. Its actually clean. This is what happens when you enforce the law. Congrats to Wiakiki.😊😊😊❤

Please. I’ve lived in Waikiki for 20 years. Don’t let this video fool you. The corruption, drugs, homeless, thieves, Illegal gaming, hit & runs, are all very much alive and well. Try doing a video at midnight next time instead of the early morning.

Excellent video, I lived there from 2007-2013 and miss it everyday. I moved to Cebu Philippines after Hawaii and wanna go back. My early 20s in the army were spent there every chance I got. Best years of my life.

My dream was to live in a country where I could leave the house without fear of being robbed or killed, because in Brazil you live in fear 24 hours a day, you can't even use your cell phone on the street, it sucks here. I wanted to live in the USA, even if it was to clean public bathrooms, at least I could live without fear of being robbed and killed.

Waikiki only takes up 6% of the island....the rest of the island of Oahu (94%) is majestic beauty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waikiki is for the tourist convenience of shopping, dinning and the open warm air. .....from Kimo (a native Hawaiian 🌺🌺🌺) 3/10/24.

July, 2024 When we were at Waikiki, we ate lunch & dinner all week at Stix's Honolulu Noodles Restaurant (a Taiwan restaurant) which has home-made beef&bone&23 Chinese dry herbs& Chinese mushroom broth without MSG(did not get dry on our tongues after consumption) boiled up to 72 hours! Noodles & won ton wrappers are home-made too! We like the hearty piping hot Beef Soup Noodles & the hearty piping hot Won Ton Soup Noodles! Natural, nutritious& tasty! Very good service & clean too! 11am-2pm Beef Soup Noodles special price $15(a $6 off) served with green Bok Choy leaves & sliced green onions. Free condiments like hot chili sauces, beef butter,& pickled vegetables are served separately with the beef soup noodles also. 2-4pm Offered with regular price Beef Soup Noodles& the same condiments mentioned above are hot chili sauces & Taiwanese Kimchi free condiments served separately with the 3 FREE POTSTICKERS. For dine-in, at the restaurant before 9:15pm. Take-out service after 9:15pm. Can eat in Stix's common areas anytime & after 9:15pm. Save receipt for codes to use Stix's Men's/Women's bathrooms.
